A locally-owned beer, wine and spirits retailer, Bottles Beverage Superstore in Mt. Pleasant, SC, opened in 2011. Their initial plan for marketing was to put money into multiple channels (TV, online, radio and print) and “see what happened.” Along the way, however, they hired a marketing professional to create a more strategic plan.
Effectv worked with Bottles Beverages, conducting a comprehensive review of local demographics and information, and using that data to make adjustments to find just the right match for their business. To drive deeper customer engagement, links to Bottles’ website, Facebook page and Twitter feed were incorporated within their online video. The result was a geographically and demographically targeted campaign, targeting the right audience on the right networks and programs, in the right neighborhoods.
This strategic, integrated campaign helped lead the company to a 35% year-over-year sales increase.
