Effectv (pronounced e-FEC-tiv), is the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable. Formerly known as Comcast Spotlight, Effectv helps local, regional and national advertisers grow their business with multi-screen marketing solutions that combine the best of digital with the power of TV.

Effectv is headquartered in New York with offices throughout the country.  We have a presence in 66 markets with a reach of 35 million households.*

We apply data to television advertising in new ways to help each business reach its target customers.  Then, we use advanced analytics to prove the impact of a campaign on business results.

Our solutions help clients throughout the entire advertising process—from Finding the best customer segments and Targeting those audiences, to robust Reporting and measurement capabilities to Prove business outcomes.  And this is surrounded by our commitment to Service, including both personalized sales and a self-service buying platform called the Effectv Ad Planner; a full-service, in-house Creative Services agency named Mnemonic; and one-stop buying offering cross-platform inventory covering multiple cable providers.
