Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning is a local HVAC company serving Farmington, NM for more than 16 years. Robbins started a campaign with Effectv in 2019 which has helped it increase hiring and call volume.
Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning endeavored to achieve two objectives: first, to increase new business and grow the number of service business calls received from existing customers; and second, to increase new employee hiring so the company could expand and handle the surge of business their new advertising was expected to produce.
Effectv built a CrossReach campaign targeting the local Farmington market with a data-driven schedule, targeting a mix of homeowners and households in the “Thriving Boomers” lifestyle segment. In order to ensure the client achieved its goal in hiring more associates, Effectv recommended a dual creative approach. One ad focused on employment, while the other focused on branding and highlighted the company’s customer service, products, and commitment to the customer.
Robbins was able to gain the staffing it needed to expand its footprint. The client was even more satisfied with the branding efforts, as Robbins saw increases in new business and service calls after the ads began airing. After seeing a few months’ worth of this success, Robbins continually increased its spend with specific programming like sports.
