Like many local businesses, the Face and Body Center of Jackson, MS, doesn’t work with a media agency. So when the cosmetic surgery facility wanted to increase patient referrals, Comcast Spotlight’s expertise helped identify the best ways to engage a target audience of women aged 25-54.
To reach that female-centric audience, the Face and Body Center’s media plan included television advertising on networks like Bravo, E!, HGTV and Lifetime. The television advertising was supplemented with banner advertising on Xfinity.com, adding additional awareness and exposure to the campaign. The Face and Body Center also used geographic targeting as part of its advertising strategy; varying the zones it purchased in the market on a quarterly basis reached even more prospective customers.
After launching its multi-screen advertising campaign with Comcast Spotlight, overall business increased 33%.
